If your reservation if for a start date less than 3 days from now, please call us immediately at 239-262-5904 to check on the availability of the items you have requested and to schedule delivery and pickup times.
We require at least 24 hours notice for any delivery requests. Requests with insufficient notice may be picked up from our store.
We cannot guarantee the availability of any rental item until your payment information is provided and confirmed.
Changes can be made however we require a minimum 24 hours notice. Please make changes using the Edit Submission option in your email.
We do not charge you for your rental until the day prior to your rental start date if you have delivery scheduled. Rentals picked up at the store are not charged until the items are picked up. Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the start date with no penalty or fees.
We will be contacting you via email and/or phone if we need to complete any remaining details of your rental.
